Jeff & Julie
Jeff and Julie focus on 3 areas: cultivating national leaders, caring for the team, and communicating for partners. The Sanders come alongside national leaders to provide mentoring, training , and development. Jeff and Julie are part of Live Global's Care Team supporting North American teammates and as Live Global Directors, they develop partnerships and share those stories through Live Global communications platforms. Jeff has a passion for helping North American churches build global strategies into their plan for discipleship. Julie loves uplifting ministries by national women and connecting them with North American women.

The Sanders met at Cedarville University (then college) in Ohio. Jeff came from Pennsylvania and Penn State University to earn a Pre-Seminary/Bible Degree, and Julie came from Virginia to earn a degree in Elementary Education. They started serving together right away and have been doing so ever since. God led this couple to Baptist Bible Seminary and on to ministries in Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington state. Jeff loves discipleship and has served as a Pastor of Discipleship, Leadership Development, and Global Outreach. He enjoys using God's creation to cultivate disciples and nurture leaders.
Julie has enjoyed ministering to women and helping to lead non-profits related to anti-trafficking and serving vulnerable families. As a teacher and writer, she enjoys creating practical tools to share God's truth and communicate the stories of how He works. The Sanders family, including their two now-grow kids JoHanna and Jacob, spent four years serving with ABWE in Southeast Asia. They focused on equipping Filipino believers and churches to develop a missions sending movement from the Philippines, with national partners as the leaders.
Our journey to Live Global ...
"After decades of developing leaders, building global strategies, and shaping community outreach, we prayerfully considered how to use our experience and the opportunities of an empty nest. Our long relationship with Live Global had already provided existing connections to national partners. God opened doors for us to transition from leadership roles at Bethel Church in Richland, Washington and Head Start in Eastern Oregon to focus full-time on engaging in God's global movement. In His sovereign provision, the second church to join our support team was West Park Baptist, the staff team we came from in Knoxville, Tennessee! Truly, 'Come and see the wonders of God; his acts for humanity are awe-inspiring.'" (Psalm 66:5)
